The first step of even the simplest building project is planning.  Don Beto Construction counts on a network of engineering, architectural, graphic design, and permitting consultants to assist if needed to turn your vision into plans that can be accurately estimated and upon which a reasonable work plan with a timeline for completion can be confidently elaborated.

We have a long track record of successfully stewarding projects through successful permitting by the respective authorities, typically including steps involving overall engineering and architectural design, exemption from environmental impact assessment requirements where possible, laboratory testing of soil mechanics, design approval by the national College of Architects and Engineers, and processing of actual building permits at the Municipal level.

While we will coordinate as needed so that architects and engineers may finalize drawings and overall design, we work closely with this team to ensure that materials estimation and an achievable work plan and timeline is in place so that accurate job estimation is possible to ensure that the client enjoys full disclosure at every step of the process what the costs are and how the progress corresponds to plans.
